There's a moment that happens for most people — usually quietly, when they least expect it. A drop. The body stops holding and begins to melt into the surface beneath it. The low frequencies move through you like waves, carrying the mind away from wherever it's been stuck, until all that's left is the music and the present moment.
As a musician, I've always known that sound does something to the body that words can't. The Sound Lounge is where that knowing became a practice.
What It Is
The inHarmony Sound Lounge uses low-frequency vibration and sound to guide the body into a deeply restorative state. You lie fully clothed on a specially designed surface that doesn't just play music — it transmits it. Every frequency resonates through the body, gently calming the nervous system, releasing stored tension, and creating a stillness that's difficult to reach any other way.
Choose from a curated library of meditative frequencies — designed around themes like grief, transformation, and chakra balancing — or bring your own playlist. Anything with deep bass, rich tones, and layered sound becomes something else entirely when you feel it moving through your whole body.
How To Experience It
Couples Reset — Walnut Creek Studio
The Sound Lounge is available as part of our Couples Reset experience, where both guests receive a massage followed by a shared Sound Lounge session. Available to book anytime.
Standalone Session — By Request
Individual Sound Lounge sessions are available at our Walnut Creek studio on a limited basis. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Oakland Location — Opening August 2026
Starting August 1st, the Sound Lounge will have its own dedicated space in Oakland — available morning through evening as a standalone experience. More details coming soon.
Event Rental
Bring the Sound Lounge to your workplace, retreat, wellness event, or private gathering. A deeply relaxing, non-touch experience that helps calm the nervous system and restore a sense of balance — in as little as 10–15 minutes per person.
Each rental includes delivery, setup, a brief orientation for your coordinator, printed usage guidelines and contraindications, and pickup following the event.
Half Day (up to 4 hours) — $350
Full Day (up to 8 hours) — $550

10–25 miles — +$50
25–40 miles — +$75
40+ miles — custom quote
Ideal for employee appreciation events, wellness days, retreats, conferences, and private gatherings. We can also coordinate licensed massage therapists to provide chair or table massage alongside the Sound Lounge for a complete wellness experience. Contact us for a custom quote.

Vibroacoustic therapy is gentle and safe for most people. We recommend consulting your physician before booking if you have any of the following:
