Late Arrivals: We strive to provide each client with their full scheduled appointment time. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

Results Disclaimer: The results of massage therapy sessions vary from client to client. Depending on the severity of the issue and individual response to treatment, achieving desired results may require multiple sessions over time. Moon Waves Bodywork does not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified forms of payment. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase and must be presented at the time of service. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

At Moon Waves Bodywork, we strive to provide exceptional service and care to all our clients. In order to maintain availability and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

No Charge for More Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, there will be no charge.

$50 Fee for Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

Full Charge for No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and understanding.
